Information processed

We process your account email, name, optional contact number, company details, role, consent records, team invitations, project permissions, and the construction records and files you enter. Google sign-in provides your name, email, and profile picture as authorized. Email/password authentication is handled by Supabase; application screens do not display your password.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate users, verify email, create workspaces, provide project features, enforce permissions and plan limits, investigate problems, and respond to support requests. Optional product-update preferences are separate from required account and service messages.

Service providers and visibility

Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage services. Cloudflare provides production hosting and Web Analytics; the Vercel review environment may use Vercel Analytics. Requests may be processed outside your country. Company administrators control team access, and project data is shared with members according to their permissions. If you use live AI features, the information submitted to those features is processed by the configured AI provider. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in prompts.

Browser storage and analytics

ConsTrack uses browser storage for sign-in sessions, local workspace copies, demonstration data, and application preferences. Website-owner administration records may remain browser-local until their cloud features are connected. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate website traffic and performance. We do not use this integration to identify individual visitors. Local development traffic is excluded from the production analytics integration.

Retention and your choices

Records are retained as needed to provide the service, maintain company workspaces, and meet applicable obligations. Contact us to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant company administrator before changing shared records. Account closure does not necessarily remove company records that others are authorized or required to retain.

Security and contact

We use authenticated access and database permission controls to restrict access. No service or browser storage is risk-free. Protect your sign-in credentials and devices. Contact suturalysis.admin@gmail.com to report a security issue or privacy concern. We will communicate material policy changes.
