Your account and company

Use an email you control and verify it before creating a company or accepting a team invitation. You must have authority to create or administer the business workspace. A job title does not prove legal ownership of a company. Keep your account secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

Team access

Company administrators choose who to invite and the projects and permissions assigned. Invitations are personal to the specified email, expire, and can be revoked before acceptance. Administrators are responsible for maintaining appropriate team access. Do not attempt to access other companies’ data.

Plans and payments

The Free plan includes one active project, the administrator and one additional member per project, and 500 MB of storage. Completed projects do not use an active-project slot. Paid plans and add-ons require a separate purchase and confirmation of price and billing terms. Hitting a limit does not authorize an automatic purchase. Do not use multiple accounts to evade plan limits.

Your records

You retain rights to your company records and authorize us to store and process them to operate ConsTrack. Upload only information and files you are allowed to use. Do not upload malware or unlawful content. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of project, payroll, expense, tax, and billing records, keeping suitable exports, and meeting applicable obligations.

AI and availability

AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Review them before relying on them; they are not professional engineering, legal, accounting, or safety advice. Features may change or be interrupted. We may suspend misuse, security threats, or unlawful activity. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that every feature is available in every plan.

Support and account closure

Contact suturalysis.admin@gmail.com for support, export requests, account closure, or data concerns. Shared company records may need to remain available to authorized company administrators. Applicable legal rights are not excluded by these terms. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before they apply.
